    • It’s difficult to answer this in one word, there are so many loopholes within the section 118 under Rule 38 A (3) of Himachal Pradesh Tenancy & Land Reforms Rules 1975. Though you cannot buy any agricultural land, but you can buy flats/apartments that are already built.

    • Mcleodganj is approximately 25kms up north from nearest Kangra Airport.

According to Rule 38 A (3) of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Rules 1975, there are permissible limits on different purposes for acquiring land. There is a restriction on non-agriculturist buying land used for agriculture purposes. Any person who does not own agricultural land in Himachal Pradesh is a non-agriculturist. But if you really wan to buy an agricultural land then i really hope that you have good connections in State Government, then only it would be possible for you.
